THE HAMPTON

When working on a new design for Brookline Park, the newest addition to The Parks of West Bedford, our design team wanted to change it up – go in a different direction. We started with a great floor plan that just says Rooftight, with all of the features you have come to expect from our designs. But we wanted to stand out. So, we went to the coast for inspiration! Our first coastal design, The Hampton, was an extraordinary success. And meeting the design tastes of many of our clients, started with three different exterior options for this popular floor plan design. Then added three more brick exterior designs! One great floor plan + 6 different exteriors = the home you’ve always wanted for the lifestyle your family lives.
