Our Process
Whether you’re designing your own custom home or buying one of our Rooftight model homes at the mid-construction point, we’ll work with you at every step to build a home that fits your lifestyle.

Design & Planning
Starting from your initial consultation alongside our dedicated sales team, we’ll take the time to understand your lifestyle and needs to design a home that suits you perfectly. You'll join us in our showroom over a series of collaborative sessions with our expert design team to select finishes and installations.

Closing
Closing on your new home is an exciting time, and in the weeks leading up to receiving your keys, we’ll be in close communication so that no details are missed. At your pre-close walkthrough, your home will be carefully inspected from top to bottom to ensure it’s ready for you to move-in. You’ll be provided with all the information required to maintain your home.

Construction
Your home will be assigned to one of our experienced Project Managers to oversee construction, and to ensure that your home is built with the same set of standards we’d build our own. Rooftight employs a large pool of local, trusted tradespeople whom we are proud to work with.

Two-Year Warranty
Rooftight homes come with a two-year extended builder warranty, in addition to the standard Atlantic New Home Warranty. Our one-of-a-kind extended warranty helps protect your biggest investment. Each year, we’ll be in touch to schedule an annual service visit, in which we'll tackle any performance issues that arise with your new home.
